Manka Design/Build was started by Grant Manka in 2003 to combine a passion for home design with the satisfaction of making things by hand. Today we handle all aspects of custom home building - from concept to completion - with a focus on thoughtful and innovative design, quality construction, professionalism and environmental responsibility. Three of our new homes have been LEED certified Gold, and a fourth certified Platinum - the highest possible level and incredibly rare anywhere.
